Mike Hartmann, Managing Broker
Mike is a licensed realtor and responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Land Capital Realty as well as regularly servicing client needs.
Mike is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he studied finance and entrepreneurship. While at Kellogg, Mike worked with Sterling Partners, a $4 billion private equity and real estate investment firm. Mike also spent three years with Battery Ventures, a venture capital firm that manages $3 billion and invests in a variety of business service and technology companies. At both firms Mike was a member of the financial institutions group, analyzing investments in a variety of real estate related companies such as foreclosure data providers, mortgage lenders and REITS. Prior to his private equity career, Mike held positions with Salomon Smith Barney and CIBC Oppenheimer.
Mike holds a MBA from Kellogg, a BS in Marketing from Boston College and attended Fenwick High School in Oak Park, IL.
